A Fool's Journey Programme
The journey into Self.
A Fool's Journey is a year-long online programme that engages the wisdom of the major arcana to explore your relationship with yourself, others and the world around you.
What is the 'Fool's Journey'?
The Fool's Journey is a metaphor for the journey we each must make through life. Each major arcana card stands for a stage on that journey - an experience, quality and wisdom that a person must have - and integrate - to realise wholeness.
During this 12-month online programme we'll be diving into the wisdom inherent in each of the archetypes presented in the major arcana to explore who (and how) we are, when presented with each of these stages or qualities.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is interested in exploring their relationship with themselves and others. This journey will suit anyone with a desire to create personal change in themselves - and consequently their relationships - in a new way. The programme draws on the archetypes represented in the 22 cards of the Major Arcana and explore how this exists (or doesn't exist!) within us. The focus is on growth, discovering more of who we are through these archetypal energies and qualities - and how these turn up in our relationships.
What does it involve?
- 2x90mins online workshops every month, each exploring one of the major arcana
- 1x60mins online coaching session with me every month, to support your journey
- Meditation and embodiment practices to actively engage with the qualities of the archetype
- Discussion and exploration

- Focussed experiential learning of how the body is connected to how we think and feel ... and ways to change how you feel and think through movement
What we'll be covering
- The embodiment of each archetype - what does it feel like to be them?
- What do these archetypes teach us about our relationship to power, our intuition, the unknown, boundaries, stability, love, codependency, letting go, loss, surrender, choices, faith, joy, life lessons, strength, self-regulation, stability, change (and so many more)?
- Where does this live in you?
- How do you cultivate more (or less) of this? What work needs to be done on this?
- What is the negative (or rather the 'shadow') aspect of this archetype?
- What other characters are present in the card - what is it like to be them?
What you'll take away from this journey

And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.'~ T. S. Eliot, Four Quartets.
